At Kochwerk, we attach great importance to sustainability because we firmly believe that our actions can have a positive impact on the environment and society. For this reason, we work hand in hand with local partners such as Foodsharing Kaiserslautern to actively combat the waste of edible food.
We are also committed to the use of reusable systems. Instead of only using disposable packaging, we rely on environmentally friendly alternatives that can be used multiple times. Every time we collect food from our Bistro To Go, we want to give our customers the option of choosing a reusable container if they wish. In this way, we minimise our waste and make a contribution to reducing environmental pollution.
Our commitment to sustainability runs through all areas of our company. From purchasing to food preparation and customer service, we strive to be environmentally and socially responsible and do our part to conserve resources and protect the environment. Because we not only care about the well-being of our guests, but also about the well-being of future generations.
