What is an inclusive company?
An inclusive business is a company in which people with disabilities and/or the long-term unemployed work together with people without disabilities.
In addition to the economic aspects, our company also has a major social component:
We want to open up new prospects for disadvantaged people on the general labour market.

Questions about catering

What is the minimum order quantity for catering?
Our catering offer is valid from Monday to Friday from a total turnover of € 500 (incl. VAT).
From Saturday to Sunday from a total turnover of €800 (incl. VAT).

What does the delivery/collection of the catering cost?
The price for delivery and collection is included in the buffet price.

Can I also hire equipment for my event from you?
Yes.
From bar tables, crockery and glasses to chafing dishes, table linen and much more, we offer almost everything you need for a successful event.

Can I also hire staff for my event?
Yes, our inclusive team will be happy to assist you as service staff at your event.

 

Questions about communal catering

How long in advance are the menus available?
As a rule, we publish the menus for 2 weeks.
There are exceptions, e.g. shortly before the holidays. In this case, we post the menus before the holidays for 2 weeks after the holidays.

How long in advance can I order and until when is the last change possible?
The order deadline is always one week in advance until 12 noon.
You can order as soon as the plans are activated.
Small changes (up to 4 portions) can be made by telephone up to 12 noon 3 days in advance.

In what period can I cancel a meal I have already ordered?
Our cancellation period is intended for individual meals that have to be canceled at short notice, e.g. due to illness.
Our cancellation period is 2 full working days.
This means that there must be 2 working days between the cancellation and the planned meal delivery.
For example, you can cancel a meal for Friday until Tuesday.

What is a special meal?
A meal on request is a service offered to all our customers in communal catering.
You can order a special meal once a quarter using our PDF form. There are (almost) no limits to your wishes.

What does DGE Essen mean?
DGE is the German Nutrition Society.
This menu line takes into account certain guidelines that are regulated by the DGE.
Our menus comply with these guidelines for healthy eating, which is why we are DGE-certified.

What are the opening hours of Bistro To Go?
Bistro To Go is always open from Monday to Friday from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.
Bistro To Go is closed at weekends and on public holidays.

Bistro To Go is located in our head office at Hans-Geiger-Straße 8 in 67661 Kaiserslautern.
